Returns are accepted within 28 days of placing your order if items are unworn and unwashed with original tags. Underwear can be returned if unworn and meeting hygiene standards - please try them on over underwear and avoid makeup, perfume, or beauty products.
First Stripe & Stare order? Don't worry - if this is your first order with us, it can be returned for free.
For other returns (e.g. not your first order with us!), a fee of $9.95 will be deducted from your refund.
All refunds will go to the original payment method.
