Business Update

Our service levels are likely to be disrupted over the next few weeks due to an annual stock take and then Easter. We’ll do our very best to minimize the impact, continuing to process your orders and returns as fast as we can. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience! 

Our Exchange & Returns Policy

Fees will apply to US returns.

Of course, we hope that you love everything you receive from us but if you do need to return or exchange something we ask that you do it within 28 days. We will happily accept returns in the 28-day window as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, all original tags are in place and its not from our sale. We are also happy to accept returns on knickers providing they have not been worn and meet our health and hygiene standards. Please note, we reserve the right to refuse returns on underwear that does not meet acceptable hygiene standards. We ask you to please try on our knickers over the top of your underwear, and to avoid wearing any make-up, perfume or beauty products that can leave marks or scents. As this could cause the item to be non-returnable.

All sale items are non-refundable. However you are more than welcome to return your sale items to us for a credit note or exchange.
