For Standard Shipping, orders will take between 5-9 working days.

If you haven’t yet received a dispatch email from us, you can send an email to hello@stripeandstare.com asking to change or cancel your order. Unfortunately, we’re unable to change or cancel your order if it has already been dispatched.

With our standard shipping, your order can take up to 9 working days to be delivered. If you still haven’t received your order after 9 working days, please contact our customer service.

A tracking number and link will be provided in your order dispatch email.

You may need to activate your account if you’re having issues logging in. If you have missed or deleted your original account activation email, please send an email to hello@stripeandstare.com and we can resend your account activation email.
